STAGE 1: CONSULTANCY & DESIGN
The reporting requirements of each department in your business need to be analysed and mapped out, identifying the specific metrics that will enable the most valuable analysis for that department. We offer 1-2 days of consultancy sessions with our Dashboard Consultant, who takes you on a deep dive through your business, even getting down to individual detail.
We focus on what is actually relevant and meaningful to your business - not fancy, over-complicated or just standard data that you can't usefully analyse! During these sessions, we work together to draw up designs of each dashboard we propose to create. This enables you to visualise the outcome, and thus help us further tweak and refine the designs until they are exactly customised to your needs - these then become the blueprint of the project.
